23cmの彼女
This is an experimental work by uonome, in which he collaborated with AI to conceptualize and plot a foot fetish-based novel, which he then wrote.
EP3 “The 23cm Girl” Author: uonome
Synopsis
He wants to know everything about the woman he loves.
That desire causes him to shrink to microscopic size and leads him to her sacred domain: her pumps.
It was a microcosm filled with the scent of effort and life. But the forbidden act turned into a curse that threatened his very existence.
Their love eventually led to a grand destiny that shook the world. A story of the most twisted yet purest love, reaching the end of fetishism.
Part One: Unrequited Love and the Micro World
Chapter One: The Man in the Audience
The bell signaling the end of the workday rang hollowly through the office in Marunouchi, Tokyo. Kamiki Ren stopped typing and stretched his arms wide. His stiff shoulders creaked in protest.
“Kamiki, you’ve worked hard. How about a good sake bar after work?”
“Thank you for your hard work, Sasaki-san. I’m sorry, but I can’t drink sake because it makes me useless the next day… I’ll take my leave for today.”
Politey declining her friendly invitation, Ren hurriedly began preparing to leave work. It wasn’t a lie. He could drink alcohol, but sake made him drunk. The emotions that had settled deep in his heart overflowed, breaking through the dam of his reason.
He left the company and headed toward the monthly parking lot. Unlocking the door with the key in his pocket, the black, glossy SUV briefly flashed its hazard lights. It was his beloved car, delivered just last month. The scent of a new car that wafted out every time he opened the door made him feel like he had achieved a certain status as a working adult. When he started the engine, his smartphone vibrated briefly. The screen displayed a ruthless notification from the bank app: “Today’s car loan deduction has been completed.” That single line dragged Ren down from his pleasant euphoria into the heavy reality.
On the way home, he stopped at a red light. He glanced at his smartphone’s lock screen. There was Gonji, the tabby cat living at his parents’ house in Hiroshima. His defenseless sleeping face slightly soothed the loneliness of Tokyo.
(…I want to see him.)
He muttered to himself and stepped on the accelerator.
Ren had a secret he couldn’t tell anyone.
He had a special ability to shrink his body at will.
However, that power did not make his life shine. Rather, it had become a cheap escape from reality.
It was different when he was a forward on the soccer team in college. The feeling of charging toward the goal without looking to the side. Back then, if he wanted something, he would have reached for it without hesitation.
A breakup a few years ago had pushed him into the stands. He had lost the confidence to stand on the field and could only watch the game in a daze. He had become that kind of man.
“I’m home.”
His voice echoed in the quiet apartment in Nerima. He took a shower and changed into a T-shirt and sweatpants. He had no energy to cook dinner. He headed to his usual ramen shop. The rich soy sauce broth would surely soothe today’s fatigue.
While waiting for the ramen at the counter, the face of that woman from the client company suddenly flashed through his mind.
Takagi Misaki.
Every time he thought of her, his own helplessness sitting in the stands was painfully evident.

Chapter 2: The Sun of Marunouchi
It all started at a weekly meeting.
Ren works for an agency that has a major trading company, Sanyu Bussan, as one of its most important clients. The meeting room is always filled with tension, but when she starts speaking, the atmosphere changes.
“Regarding Plan B, based on the data, we believe it is the most reliable option for expanding market share in three years. There are three reasons for this. First…”
Her voice, emanating from her petite 155 cm frame, was clear and resonant. Her speech was logical and well-organized. Even when faced with sharp questions from senior executives, she responded immediately with precise data, showing no hesitation. Her presence was like the sun clearing the cloudy skies of Tokyo.
And just when she seemed to be sternly presenting data, her charming “tanuki face” would soften in an instant. Her eyes, with their large tear ducts, would narrow in delight. That contrast made Ren’s heart race without his permission.
After the meeting, Ren waited for the right moment to speak.
“Takagi-san, thank you for your hard work. Today’s presentation was wonderful.”
“Kamiki-san! Thank you. But I still have a long way to go. I absolutely want to make this project a success.”
As she said this with a smile, her feet were, as usual, in simple black pumps. They were from a famous Japanese brand. The 6cm heels supporting her petite frame seemed like armor, symbolizing her professionalism.
On the way back to the office, she overheard her female colleagues talking in the break room.
“Takagi-san from Miyuki has been really intense lately. Maybe she’s let go of something…”
“Yeah, I heard she broke up with her boyfriend. Maybe she’s focusing on work?”
Ren pretended not to hear and walked past them. A sharp pain pierced her heart.
I want to know more about her.
Not just the face she shows at work, but the real her.
But how? What could he, sitting in the audience, possibly do?
That sense of helplessness slowly nurtured a forbidden option within Ren’s heart.

Chapter 3: The Decision, 1 Micrometer of Infiltration
The final push came on a rainy evening.
After finishing work and leaving the company, Ren saw Mio at the entrance. She seemed to have forgotten her umbrella and was looking up at the sky awkwardly. Should he call out to her? Should he give her a ride in his SUV?
(Go, go, me!)
The voice of his former self as an FW echoed in his mind. But Ren’s feet were rooted to the concrete, unable to move. Then, a man from another department walked past him and casually offered, “Takagi-san, here, take my umbrella if you’d like.”
“Thank you so much!” she replied.
Mio smiled brightly and walked away under the shared umbrella.
Ren stood there motionless. In his hand were a folding umbrella and his car keys. He clenched his teeth in frustration at his own inadequacy.
It’s over. If I keep doing things the usual way, I’ll just be sitting in the stands forever.
The plan was meticulously crafted.
He targeted the café where Mio stopped by before work.
He had noticed that she occasionally stopped by the café near the company before heading to work.
The narrow alley next to that café. That was the point of execution for the plan.
And then, the fateful day arrived.
Ren, who had taken a day off work, hid in the alley behind the café.
Soon, he saw the familiar figure enter the café.
Now.
“…I’m sorry.”
Murmuring an apology to no one in particular, Ren closed his eyes and focused his consciousness.
The world warped and distorted.
The sounds around him amplified hundreds of times over reached his ears. The asphalt grains on the ground loomed before him like gigantic rocks. He felt his body rapidly shrinking. From 175 cm to 10 cm. His leather shoes towered like a skyscraper.
From there, he sharpened his consciousness even further.
1 cm, 1 mm, and then—1 μm.
He was now no different from dust dancing in the wind.
Mio, who had come out of the cafe, passed right by him. He was almost blown away by the wind pressure created by her pumps.
The moment she stopped at the crosswalk.
Ren mustered his last ounce of strength and leaped onto the edge of her right pump.
The leather wall felt like a damp cliff.
He threw himself into the dark space beyond it.
The point of no return had long since passed.
Chapter 4: The Leather Cave and the Giant Ruins
When Kamiki Ren threw herself into Takagi Mio’s pumps, the first thing that enveloped her was a faint, sweet scent. It was a mixture of the lingering scent of the perfume she had probably put on that morning and the clean smell of high-quality leather. It was a pleasant scent, more than enough to numb Ren’s sense of guilt.
His 1μ body gently landed on the insole. The soft suede-like material felt like an endless plain to him. Looking up, the tops of the pumps stretched out like gentle hills, forming a dark sky. Light from the outside world seeped through the seams, resembling the glow of light shining through a cave ceiling.
This was part of Misaki Takagi’s world.
The most private space that supported her body throughout the day.
Ren began exploring this microscopic world.
After walking for a while, a massive imprint appeared in the middle of the plain. It was the brand’s logo stamped into the insole. Pressed in gold foil, it was as majestic as the faded murals of an ancient ruin, and Ren was overwhelmed by its scale.
At that moment, the world shook violently.
“Whoa!”
Startled by the sudden earthquake, Ren instinctively dropped to the ground. Misaki had begun to walk. With each step she took, the world tilted, shook, and echoed with a thunderous roar. Ren clung desperately to the suede “ground” and waited for the shaking to subside.
After a few steps, the shaking stopped. She had apparently come to a halt in the elevator hall.
Ren caught his breath and looked around again. Then he turned his gaze toward the “sky” of this world.
The vast expanse of land above his head was the sole of her foot.
Soft-looking hills of skin stretched out, with “footprints” instead of fingerprints carved into them like an endless maze.
As he was speechless at the mystical sight, suddenly, moist air descended from the sky. And a massive droplet fell right beside Ren.
“Whoa!”
It was a single drop of sweat secreted by her foot. To Ren, it was as if a massive lake had appeared. At this point, the fact that she could feel her life activities so closely filled her chest with an inexplicable sense of excitement.

Chapter 5: Layers of Effort “Heel Calluses”
Mio’s day was more active than Ren had imagined.
On the subway to the client’s office, the crowded train shook violently, but the “ground” above her head gripped the floor tightly, never losing its balance. As she walked along the asphalt road, the “tap, tap” sound of her heels striking the ground resonated through Ren’s world like an earthquake accompanied by tremors.
And finally, Ren arrived at the most peculiar place in this world.
Just below the ball of her foot, where the most weight would be applied, there existed a hard, raised plateau that was clearly different from the rest.
From a microscopic perspective, it was a dry, layered fossil-like strata. The cracked earth resembled the cliffs of the Grand Canyon.
Heel calluses.
The history of battle etched into the soles of her feet.
Ren felt as though she saw everything about herself in that hardened skin.
This hard layer of skin was the result of her struggling through that rainy day, carrying heavy documents. The layers of keratin were the result of staying up late for planning meetings, rubbing her sleepy eyes while continuing to wear heels.
The sparkle she radiated was the result of her hidden complexes and the immeasurable effort behind them. Both of these things were now visible only to him.
This fact alone made today’s forbidden act worthwhile. Ren’s heart was filled with such deep emotion and respect for her that he was certain of it.
He wanted to support her. He wanted to be by her side and give her strength so that her efforts would one day be rewarded.
That desire began to take shape in his heart.
Chapter 6: The Miasma of Despair
As the afternoon passed and Mio finished her rounds and returned to the office, the comfortable environment inside her pumps had completely changed.
The first thing she noticed was the sudden rise in humidity. A muggy, warm air filled the space.
Then, the smell began to change.
The sweet, clean scent of the morning was gone. In its place was a more human scent, a mixture of the saltiness of sweat and the smell of warmed leather. It was still bearable. In fact, it felt almost like she could sense her own body heat, bringing a twisted sense of pleasure.
But the crisis was progressing quietly yet inevitably.
Sweat began to break down due to bacteria, giving rise to a new scent. A sharp, acidic odor reminiscent of vinegar. As time passed, it evolved into a more complex, rich scent reminiscent of fermented dairy products.
These scents blended together, concentrated in the sealed space with no escape, becoming something that could only be called “miasma.”
(This is bad…)
Ren’s special ability had a fatal flaw. When he smelled a strong odor, his brain mistook it for a danger signal and forcibly deactivated the ability.
(Is this coming from Takagi-san’s feet…? No, but she’s been working so hard. It’s only natural…!)
He tried to understand it logically. But the gap between ideal and reality only amplified the damage to his sense of smell. The miasma was now visible to his microscopic eyes, like a thin mist.
His brain began to sound alarm bells. His vision flickered, his body twitched, and his heart rate rose uncontrollably. These were signs of forced deactivation.
At the edge of his vision, he could see his fingertips gradually growing larger. From 1 micrometer to several millimeters. If this continued, he would return to his original size inside the pump. If that happened, Mio’s foot…
(I have to return…! By my own will…!)
Despite his panic, Ren attempted to manually release the lock.
Closing his eyes, he desperately tried to visualize his 175cm form. The apartment in Nerima, his beloved SUV, Gonshi in Hiroshima. But the overwhelming scent and crushing pressure made it impossible to maintain focus. The image dissipated into mist as soon as it was formed.
“Ah… ah…”
All was lost.
Despair dyed Ren’s heart pitch black in that instant. ((Continued in Chapter 7… Scheduled for release in July 2025)
